HERE we go Press ups with a water filled punch bag on your back.the more water or sand if you like the heavier ,ie makes it harder.Good work out for head as that's what makes it stable .go for it.
YES it's Blitz time ,so for 3 minutes kill your self ,a bit like shadow sparring but with bags and some break falls for good measure.look out for the 4 minute and 5 minute blitz soon
